Trilogy Health Services, a provider of senior living and long-term health care services, has acquired two Ohio facilities and will begin construction on two more in Commerce, Mich., and Louisville, Ky. The Ohio properties were bought from Genesis HealthCare System and will be renamed Forest View Health Campus and Highland Oaks Health Center. Trilogy plans to rebuild Forest View first and tackle a reconstruction of Highland Oaks in 2011.

"We are very excited about the addition of Highland Oaks and Forest View because of their rich tradition of serving the seniors in Zanesville, McConnelsville and surrounding communities," said Trilogy president Randall Bufford. "Both locations are served by excellent employees and we are thrilled to be adding this great group of employees to the Trilogy family."

The Michigan and Kentucky sites are due to open sometime in 2011. The Michigan property will feature a blend of assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, adult day services and respite care, while the Louisville site will focus on skilled care and assisted living with an emphasis on short-term rehabilitation.
