PPACA: College Offers Course on Reform

The American College is offering a new 10-week webinar, The Essentials of Healthcare Reform.

The course, designed for advisors selling health care plans to individuals or businesses, launches Jan. 25, 2011, says American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa., an educational service for financial advisors.

The course will cover such topics as mandated changes and timelines, exemptions and government programs, grandfathered plans, and tools and roles for advisors, the college says.
