The American Association for Long Term Care Insurance (AALTCI) is making November the 10th annual Long Term Care Awareness Month.

Jesse Slome, executive director of AALTCI, Westlake Village, Calif., has urged insurance professionals to capitalize on the occasion by talking to clients about long term care (LTC) planning.

“It’s as simple as asking people if they have a long-term care plan in place,” Slome says.

AALTCI has posted a package of free LTC marketing tools. The package includes sales letter models and an awareness e-card.
