A northeaster insurer has announced a quarterly dividend for shareholders.

Genworth Financial, Inc. Richmond, Va., (NYSE:GNW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65625 per outstanding share of its Series “A” cumulative preferred stock. The dividend is payable December 1, 2010 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2010.
