Neace Lukens named a '2010 Best Practices Agency'

The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers, Alexandria, Va., have named Neace Lukens, Louisville, Ky., a “Best Practices Agency.”

Since 1993, IIABA and Reagan Consulting, Atlanta, have conducted an annual study of top agencies in six revenue groups throughout the nation. Every third year the participating agencies are selected through a comprehensive nomination and qualifying process before being awarded a Best Practices Agency designation.

More than 1,200 independent agencies were nominated to take part in the annual study, but only 224 agencies qualified the Best Practices Agency status in 2010.

“We are honored to qualify as a Best Practices Agency by IIABA,” says John Neace, chairman for Neace Lukens (shown above). “This award demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers with quality service and personalized insurance coverage to meet their individual needs.”

The Best Practices study was developed to improve agency performance and encourages others to practice similar policies. For three years, Neace Lukens retains its Best Practices Agency status after annually submitting extensive financial and operational data to the IIABA.
