Perspectives Ltd., an employee assistance program (EAP) firm, has acquired another EAP firm.
Perspectives, Chicago, is now the parent of Creative Care Management Ltd., Winfield, Ill.
Perspectives says the deal should help it expand sales to schools, small government employers, and other employers in the Chicago area.
The firm notes that it hopes to make more acquisitions.
Mike Davis, the former chief executive of Creative Care Management, will become a vice president of account services at Perspectives, Perspectives says.
