Symetra Life Insurance Company is licensing more administration systems from Computer Sciences Corp.
Symetra Life, a unit of Symetra Financial Corp., Bellevue, Wash. (NYSE:SYA), will be adding the PerformancePlus compensation system from CSC to its existing CSC policy administration systems.
Symetra Life will also be licensing use of the AWD business process management system from CSC. CSC markets the AWD system for DST Systems Inc., Kansas City, Mo.
Symetra Life will use the PerformancePlus system to measure the performance of distributors, and it will use the AWD system to automate more annuity processing work, CSC says.
