Organizers of the fifth annual Life Settlement Awareness Month say the number of professionals participating increased to 1,500 this year, from 1,000 in 2009.

Life Settlement Solutions Inc., San Diego, organized a program of Webcasts on topics such as regulation, legislation, and servicing.
