A Florida agricultural products company has picked the retirement services division of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company to run a $22 million defined benefit pension plan.

Family Dynamics Inc., Leesburg, Fla., a company that sells orchids, trees, sod, greenhouses and other products related to gardening and farming, is replacing an existing provider, according to MassMutual, Springfield, Mass.
