A U.S. life settlement firm has opened an office in London.
Welcome Life Financial Group L.L.C., Orlando, Fla., says it opened the office as a result of its recent participation in a European trade mission in London, Luxembourg and Zurich that was sponsored by the European Life Settlement Association, London, and the Life Insurance Settlement Association, Orlando.
Michael Fugler, head of global capital markets at Welcome Life, was elected secretary of ELSA in February.
