Regulators OK PacificSource-Clear One Deal

Oregon regulators have completed a round of approvals of the acquisition of Clear One Health Plans Inc. by PacificSource Charitable Foundation Inc.

ClearOne, Bend, Ore., says it has received approval of the deal from the Oregon Division of Medical Assistance Programs’ Dept. of Human Services.

Clear One had already received approval of the transaction from the Insurance Division of Oregon’s Department of Consumer and Business Services and received confirmation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that the deal could proceed.
