LTC Financial Partners L.L.C. says it is still growing, despite reports of weakness in the private long term care insurance market.
LTC Financial, Kirkland, Wash., an LTC insurance distributor, says it hopes to add 300 agents this year.
Although total LTC industry premium revenue fell about 30% in 2009, LTC Financial says it did well.
LTC Financial generated about $2.3 million in profits, up from about $1.3 million in profits in 2008, and submitted premiums increased about 20%, the firm says.
