Dayton Molendorp will be the chair of LL Global Inc., the parent of LIMRA International and LOMA, in 2010.
Molendorp is the chairman of OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., Indianapolis. This year, he has served as the vice chair of L.L. Global, Windsor, Conn.
Molendorp succeeds James Weakley, the head of marketing for international insurance at Prudential Financial Inc., Newark, N.J. (NYSE:PRU).
Beth Hirschhorn, chief marketing officer at MetLife Inc., New York (NYSE:MET), has been elected to be the 2010 vice chair, and she is on track to succeed Molendorp as chairman in 2011.
