A U.S. firm says it can help investors who want to comply with Shariah buy longevity-linked assets.

StoneCross Capital L.L.C., Aliso Viejo, Calif., says it will be creating life insurance-based investment instruments designed for investors who want to comply with Islamic law.

StoneCross also will provide advisory services for financial institutions that want to sell longevity-linked assets to Islamic investors, the firm says.
