A Garden State insurance brokerage firm has bought the assets of J. Lindsay Fuller CLU Inc. and of USC Administrative Services L.L.C.

The NIA Group L.L.C., Paramus, N.J., says Lindsay Fuller, who founded Fuller & Company, Moorestown, N.J., in 1965 as a benefits and executive compensation firm and USC in 1975, will move into the NIA office in Mount Laurel, N.J.

Kathy Coar and Lauren Bremme, other senior Fuller professionals, also will move into the Mount Laurel office, NIA says.

Fuller holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Flexible Compensation professional designations.
