A software company is releasing a new package of administrative systems and services aimed at the “value-based health care” market.

HealthInsight, Minneapolis, a health plan technology company, says insurers, plan administrators and employers can use the system to create personalized action plans for plan enrollees facing selected health conditions and risk factors, then apply benefits in a way that will help the enrollees improve their health, the company says.

The package also include an adult personal health record system that can offer individuals a personalized health action tracking scorecard, HealthInsight says.
