The Regulatory Framework Task Force at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners will get an update on an individual health policy rescission survey at the NAIC’s fall meeting.
The task force, part of the Health Insurance and Managed Care Committee at the NAIC, Kansas City, Mo., has included the rescission survey update on its agenda for the meeting, which is set to take place in National Harbor, Md.
The task force expects to convene Sept. 22.
The task force also will hear update on revisions of an NAIC model relating to genetic testing and another model relating to the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, and it will talk about external review model notices.
