A reinsurer and its chief financial officer are parting company.
Brian Nocco, the CFO of XL Capital Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, and XL have agreed that Nocco “will leave XL effective after year end,” XL says.
Nocco has been XL’s CFO since July 2007.
He “has agreed to remain as CFO until year end to ensure a smooth transition,” XL says.
“We thank Brian for his many contributions at XL during the last 2 years,” Mike McGavick, president of XL, says in a statement. “In particular, Brian helped XL navigate through the extraordinary challenges that XL has faced over the past year. We wish Brian well in his new endeavors.”
