A Northwestern life insurer is renewing a relationship with an information technology vendor.
Symetra Financial Corp., Bellevue, Wash., has awarded a 5-year IT contract extension to Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, according to ACCS. Symetra, a company that sells employee benefits, annuities and life insurance, has been using IT services from ACS since 2004.
In additional to handling data center, help desk and network services for Symetra, ACS helps the company with content management, asset management and disaster recovery services.
