Personnel Changes: Assurant Health, Allianz, Others

Assurant Health has promoted Steve Cain to senior vice president-chief administrative and risk officer, and Jack Rogers to senior vice president-strategic development and provider management.

Cain has a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin, according to Assurant Health, Milwaukee, a unit of Assurant Inc., New York. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Washington.

Rogers has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree in business from the University of Massachusetts.

In other personnel news:

- Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, Golden Valley, Minn., a unit of Allianz S.E., Munich, has hired Amanda Brinkman to be vice president of brand and creative services.

Brinkman previously ran the internal creative agency at UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn.

Brinkman has a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. She is president of the Advertising Federation of Minnesota, St. Paul, Minn.

- New York Life Insurance Company, New York, has named Tim C. FitzGerald of Shreveport, La., its Council President, in recognition of high production and service achievements.
