A health plan has chosen a senior fitness vendor.
Windsor Health Group Inc., Nashville, Tenn., will be including the Silver&Fit program from American Specialty Health Inc., San Diego, in the package of benefits available to 14,000 eligible Windsor Health Plan members in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Members who sign up for the Silver&Fit program will get free memberships in nearby fitness or exercise centers.
Members who cannot visit fitness centers or prefer to work out at home can get free home fitness kits and exercise DVDs.
