The Employee Benefits Security Administration has published a list of retirement plans that have received permission to engage in activities that might normally be prohibited.

EBSA, an arm of the U.S. Department of Labor, reported the latest prohibited transaction exemption grants today in the Federal Register.

Several of the grants concerns transactions involving auction rate securities.
