The North Dakota Insurance Department is organizing a series of Choosing Health Plans All Together talks.
Regulators hope to work with small groups of consumers to exchange information and ideas.
Groups will meet with a facilitator in 13 locations around the state.
Regulators are especially interested in meeting with non-Medicare-eligible North Dakotans who are students, single working people, business owners, parents, unemployed people and uninsured people.
