Social networking is one of the tools Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company is using to help the American Red Cross.
Northwestern Mutual, Milwaukee, is donating $500,000 to support Red Cross natural disaster recovery and relief efforts.
The company says it also is helping financial representatives, employees and policy owners enroll in the Red Cross disaster services training course and link to the Red Cross Facebook page.
