CRM Software, maker of the CRM application Junxure, has released ClientView Live, a technology platform that allows clients to access their account information within the Junxure database via their advisor’s Web site, and for the advisory firm’s personnel to interact with that client in real time. Prima Capital, the Denver-based firm that conducts research and targeted due diligence on separate account managers, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments, has formed an alliance with Central Trust and Investment Co., a Missouri-based $2.4 billion investment management and trust firm, under which Central will use PrimaGuide, Prima’s Web-based research application. Prima is a content provider to Investment Advisor, particularly in the annual Separately Managed Accounts of the Year awards.
