N.D. Department Reopens Office

The North Dakota Insurance Department has overcome the recent flooding and opened its south office, officials say.

The office, at 1701 S. 12th St., Fargo, N.D., was closed Wednesday and Thursday, after flood water surrounded the building and made it inaccessible.
