Enwisen Inc. is releasing AnswerSource HR Shared Services 4.0.

The revision updates a system that helps employer human resources operations answer employees’ questions, according to Enwisen Inc., Novato, Calif.

The new version ties in better to Enwisen’s human resources information database, the company says.

The new version also gives HR service representatives more information about what employees are seeing when they use the HR database, and it gives service reps the ability to send links to answers directly to callers, Enwisen says.

Other additions include new charting tools and other tools for analyzing the HR call caseload and a tool for viewing an employee’s current and past service center communications.
