The retirement services division at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company is about to roll out an expanded effort court third-party administrators.
MassMutual, Springfield, Mass., says it will kick off the TPA Alliance update March 31.
The update includes more participant enrollment and education resources, a new registered mutual fund product designed for TPAs and other intermediaries in the 403(b) market, an expanded team of relationship managers and account managers, and channel managers who focus on the TPA channel, MassMutual says.
