A bill introduced in the California state legislature would require insurance companies to provide greater amounts of loss experience information to small- to mid-sized companies seeking to buy health care plans.
The bill seeks to help employers in the state to bargain with health insurers, says California Assemblyman Paul Cook (R-Yucca Valley), who introduced the bill, AB 562.
