Personnel Changes: Genworth, N.Y. Life, Others

The wealth management division at Genworth Financial Inc. has promoted Mark Schoenbeck to chief marketing officer and hired John Murray to be chief information officer.

Schoenbeck previously oversaw the development and delivery of practice management tools, resources and training for product and distribution channels.
Schoenbeck holds the Certified Financial Planner professional designation.

Murray has been a consultant.

In other personnel news:

- The New York Life International unit of New York Life Insurance Company, New York, has hired 3 senior vice presidents.

The company has hired Thomas Burke to be senior vice president and chief information officer. He previously worked for a unit of Citigroup Inc., New York.

Burke, who will be based in New York, has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Fordham University and a master’s degree in business from St. John’s University.

The unit has hired Annette Donselaar to be senior vice president and chief compliance officer. She previously worked for AIA Corp., Hong Kong, a unit of American International Group Inc., New York.

Donselaar, who will be based in New York, has a bachelor’s degree from Adelaide University in Australia and law degrees from Deakin University in Australia. She has been an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force.

New York Life International has hired Shauna Collingwood to be senior vice president of global marketing and product center excellence.

Collingwood, who will be based in Hong Kong, previously worked in Hong Kong for Prudential P.L.C. She has a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Queensland in Australia and a master’s degree in business from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

LifeSecure Insurance Company, Brighton, Mich., a long term care insurance subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Detroit, has hired 3 regional sales managers.

The new managers are Keith Andrews, Mid-Atlantic region; Edward Stone, Central region; and Linda Fabian, West region.

Andrews will be based in Boston, Stone in Indianapolis, and Andrews in Scottsdale, Ariz.

- The Aon Consulting arm of Aon Corp., Chicago, has hired David Sult to be senior vice president for the corporate transactions practice.

Sult will help clients with organizational restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, divestiture and carve-out transactions.

Sult previously spent 14 years in the Seattle office of Deloitte Consulting L.L.P.

He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business from the University of Chicago. He also has a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.

Sult has the equivalent of a master’s degree in nuclear eningeering from the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power School.
