Examination Management Services Inc. is setting up an insurance services division, a health care services division and an investigative services division.
EMSI, Scottsdale, Ariz., says Dave Merrill will continue to lead the company’s rapidly growing investigative services division.
Mike Gaines will lead the insurance exam network at EMSI and oversee related products and services.
Susan Gilmartin will oversee the healthcare services division, which will serve health plans and businesses focused on the Medicare markets, and Chuck Groseth will run the healthcare services sales operation.
