A financial services school will be offering its master of science in financial services degree program in Beantown this fall.

The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa., says it will hold live classes in Boston during the week starting Oct. 25.

To get the MS degree, students also must attend a second session of in-person classes and complete self-study coursework, the college says.

The program is designed to appeal to financial planners, life insurance producers, trust officers, accountants, attorneys and investment consultants.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
