A financial representative has established 401KTrainers.com Inc., a firm that can help employers educate 401(k) plan members about their plans.
The investment advisors who work for 401KTrainers.com, Coral Gables, Fla., have the licenses necessary to give plan members advice as well as giving them training, the firm says.
The firm reviews an organization’s 401(k) plan and investment options and prepares a 45-minute training session for employees.
The training covers financial market updates, reviews the investment choices available in the company’s 401(k) plan, and provides general education on asset allocation, the firm says.
The founder is Emile De Boyrie, the host of a financial education radio program aired in the Miami area.
