Rule 151A links posted at the Securities and Exchange Commission

The Securities and Exchange Commission website has just published Release 33-8996. This is the full Final Release on the SEC Commission’s December 2008 decision to adopt new Rule 151A of the Securities Act of 1933, defining indexed annuities as securities.
