Texas Life Settlement Firm Declares Stock Split

The board of Life Partners Holdings Inc., a life settlement company, has approved a 5-for-4 split of the company’s common stock.

Life Partners, Waco, Texas, says the split will be paid through a stock dividend Feb. 16 to shareholders who hold the stock Feb. 6.
