BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has started using its internal claim processing system to handle health reimbursement arrangement and flexible spending account claims.
Tennessee Blue, Chattanooga, Tenn., brought HRA and FSA claims processing in-house Jan. 1.
The switch should make the process smoother and more convenient, Tennessee Blue says.
