Ash Brokerage Corp. has acquired Delta Financial Associates Inc., a long term care insurance distributor.
Ash, Fort Wayne, Ind., says the acquisition of Delta, Eatontown, N.J., will help it offer point-of-sale support for Ash advisors selling LTC insurance around the country.
Peter Cross and other members of the Delta team will go to work for Ash, according to Mike Hefferon, co-president of Ash Brokerage.
