The America’s Agenda Health Care Education Fund says it will be organizing panel discussions on “the emerging national consensus on key components of a reformed 21st century health care system.”

America’s Agenda, Washington, says Donna Shalala, secretary of Health and Human Services under President Clinton, will be the host of the first “summit conservation,” which is set to take place Jan. 28 in Coral Gables, Fla.

Other summit participants will include Dick Gephardt, a Democrat who represented Missouri in the House, and Terry O’Sullivan, general president of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, Washington.
