Subsidiaries of Independence Holding Company have announced separate agreements to market telemedical services and access to a large vision care network.
Insurers Administrative Corp., Phoenix, a benefit plan administration arm of IHC, Stamford, Conn., will be distributing products from TelaDoc Inc., Dallas, that give patients the ability to pay to consult with doctors through the telephone.
GroupLink Inc., Indianapolis, an IHC unit that administers group dental and vision plans, says it will be teaming with Davis Vision Inc., Plainview, N.Y., to offer the CLEAR Vision Insurance vision benefits program.
