The U.S. arm of a Canadian financial services company has added a free extra to the package of features available with its Masters variable annuities.
Sun Life Financial (U.S.), Wellesley Hills, Mass., a unit of Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, says it will be offering global emergency travel services protection from Assist America Inc., Princeton, N.J., with the annuities.
The travel protection benefits will cover dependents as well as annuity holders, Sun Life says.
