Stephen Dobrow is now president of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
ASPPA, Arlington, Va., represents individuals who provide consulting services and administrative services for retirement plans that qualify for special tax treatment.
Dobrow is president of Primark Benefits Inc., Burlingame, Calif., a firm that sells administration, compliance, and consulting services to benefit plans.
Dobrow has been treasurer of ASPPA and a member of the group’s executive committee.
