Blues Plan Names HSA Partner

U.S. Bancorp will be health savings account banking partner for Regence.

Regence, Portland, Ore., a group of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in the Northwest, says U.S. Bancorp, Portland, will serve as an HSA funds custodian and debit card issuer.

Employers will be able to monitor the U.S. Bancorp HSA programs through the Web, and HSA holders will have Web access to account information, Regence says.
