Humana Beefs Up Spanish Web Content

A health insurer says all unsecured content on its Web site now is available in Spanish as well as in English.

Humana Inc., Louisville, Ky., is using a translation system to mirror English-language content in Spanish at Document Link

Humana already offers access to Spanish-speaking customer service representatives and, in July, it began offering a Spanish-language interactive telephone-based voice response system.
