ConfirmationCall.Com Inc. is using the telephone to help producers document the steps they have taken to explain annuities to consumers.

ConfirmationCall.Com, Glendale, Ariz., has created a system that permits field reps to call in to a unique, carrier-specific, toll-free telephone number.

The rep gets a confirmation number, and the system then prompts the rep to voice record the key elements of each annuity transaction, the company says.

“The system then permanently stores the digital recording on the carrier’s secure Web account for access by their suitability and compliance review team at any time,” according to ConfirmationCall.Com.
