Scott Kipper will be stepping down from his position as administrator of the Oregon Insurance Division Oct. 31, officials say.

Kipper is leaving to pursue other interests, according to Cory Streisinger, director of the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services.

Department Deputy Administrator Teresa Miller will be acting administrator of the division while the department “evaluates the division’s future needs,” Streisinger says.
