The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors says it is splitting its state and federal government relations operations.
William Anderson, a senior vice president, will lead the state government relations area, according to NAIFA, Falls Church, Va.
Michael Kerley, also a senior vice president, will lead the federal government relations area, NAIFA says.
NAIFA also has promoted Gary Sanders to vice president for securities and state government relations; Jill Edwards, to assistant vice president of federal government affairs; and Magenta Ishak, to assistant vice president of political affairs.
