A health insurer is offering more wellness and condition management benefits for plan members who live outside the United States.

The Aetna Global Health Connections program at Aetna Inc., Hartford, says it will be offering members of expat benefits programs discounts on services from Weight Watchers Inc., New York.

Aetna also is creating an international maternity management program that will provide help from ob/gyn nurses for members at a high risk of developing complications.
