Tenn. Blue Picks Web Tech Vendor

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has agreed to use Web-based systems from Connecture Inc. to automate processing of new individual policies.

Tennessee Blue, Chattanooga, Tenn., will start by installing the Connecture InsureConnect quoting, rating, enrollment and sales automation products, then install the Connecture InsureConnect Underwriting system, according to Connecture, Atlanta.
