PBMs Team Up

Partners RX Management L.L.C. has agreed to buy some services from another pharmacy benefits manager, Prescription Solutions.

Partners RX, Scottsdale, Ariz., will be using mail service pharmacy, specialty pharmacy and retail network services from Prescription Solutions, Irvine, Calif., a unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., to win contracts from self-funded employer plans and midsize health plans, according to Prescription Solutions.
