Fed Plan Board Eyes Insolvency Issues

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board will meet July 21 in Washington.

During a part of the meeting that will be open to the public, the board will consider a report on “potential risk of loss to [Thrift Savings Plan] Assets as a result of the theoretical insolvency” of the company that administers the plan, officials say.
